Our house has a Boat Lift so you can come by boat and enjoy the River, we are a short 4 block walk to the ocean where you can swim, boogie board, surf and body surf. Walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, with its live music, Jazz club, pubs, shops, every third Friday night street fair and restaurants. Indulge in a wonderful early morning dip in the ocean or an evening cocktail by the beach, while you watch a space launch, all a short walk from the house. The Cocoa Beach Pier is also nearby and a fabulous evening out.

2 No Pets with family or visiting. the owners have severe allergies
3 guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property
4 No parties of any kind or spring breakers. This is a property for those who want to relax-not for wild parties-set in a quiet location.
5 No events of any kind held during your stay or increase in guest number on the property without prior owner approval.
6 Absolutely NO smoking or vaping on property. No drugs of any kind in or on the property or in the street. all guests must be non-smokers
7 this is a quiet family neighborhood and we have quiet time from 11:00 pm
to 8:00 am Outdoor gathering must be peaceful and over by 11pm.
8 Due to Insurance Regulations, Absolutely NO PARKING in the garage. The driveway can accommodate only 3 cars.
9 no refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our house rules
10 All dirty dishes should be put in dishwasher.
11 Beds stripped and sheets and Towels should be left in laundry room.
12 Please do not make beds.
13 Garbage collection is Monday and Thursday. Take garbage out the night before, Sunday or Wednesday night..
14 Recycling collection is Monday. Take recycling out, yellow lid can, the night before.
